Brain Health Choices: The Aging Brain and Dementia.

As we age, changes in the brain are a natural part of life—but understanding which changes are normal, which may signal concern, and what steps can support brain health is more important than ever. In this webinar, we’ll explore the aging brain, discuss dementia and its impact, and highlight practical choices that may help promote cognitive well-being across the lifespan.
