In this session, Toronto naturopathic doctor Christine Cho discusses whether the food you eat can impact your pain. Dr. Christine Cho ND completed her naturopathic medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after graduating from the University of Toronto. She comes from a background of elite athletics, having played basketball at both the collegiate and professional level. Christine treats individuals with a variety of conditions, including pain management, digestive issues, weight management, hormone related concerns, and stress related illness.

Christine utilizes a combination of nutrition and lifestyle modification, acupuncture, botanical medicine, and nutritional supplementation as key components of her treatment protocols. She currently practices in a multidisciplinary setting at The Pain & Wellness Centre in Maple, Ontario and the Toronto Specialty Rapid Access Clinic in North York.
